I love when people bitch about this and yet when he sells Gjallarhorn people are gonna do the exact same thing. Xur made someone happy I'm sure of it. Quit complaining about RNG, it won't change anything.

Wow not even gonna attempt to prove me wrong? Actually with 2 chest pieces 3 helms and a pair of gauntlet that makes a 1/6 chance for him to sell it. The statistics might be low but as someone who works at a casino I can tell you those stats aren't that hard to make. It's no different than a game of 6 players a 1 player wins 6 times.
