Cool idea, but i imagine there are technical difficulties to implementing somthing like this. We are already limited to 3 man patrols and I think the most people ive ever seen on a patrol place was 6. We get a maximum 12 people on crucible maps, which are much smaller than what you would suggest. I don't know anything about programming though, just seems far fetched to expect.
