Depends on the frequency and amount of time you put into other games. Also depends on what time of day it is and the amount of traffic/bandwidth your router is dealing with. Some ISPs dip out from time to time and bounce back. Sometimes, yeah, Bungie has high traffic on their end and their servers can get wonky. But immediately blaming Bungie for everything is a fad in these forums.
It happened at least once a day when I was playing frequently. I have 75 up and down... Bandwidth isn't an issue for me. I'm able to stream 1080p while gaming online and no other game has connection issues as much as this one.
I'm not saying their side of networking sucks, but Taylor Swift has more stability in her relationships.
