Here we go... another expert. To think the 500 developers are Bungie got it all wrong. EVERYONE LOOK OUT, WE'VE GOT A GENIUS OVER HERE!

And they probably didn't start testing Necrochasm until people saw that level 29 guy running around with it. Been playing this game since launch, and it does not surprise me at all that they missed the mark on this item.
