If you are talking about the way it looks on level 18 green gear thats what I would like myself.

Haven't tried green gear myself but I imagine it would be that way. It seems to glow BRIGHT on any gear EXCEPT raid gear.

Doesn't glow at all on titan raid gear

That's my point lol. Put it on non raid gear and see the difference.
