The one who wants to date behind her parents back. The other is slutting around. Dating a guy and still promising herself to others and kissing others? WHORE. But in al seriousness, if she will do it once, she will do it again. And that means you'll never know if she's out kissing other guys and stuff like that while your dating. The other is willing to blow off her parents will to be with you. Her passion for you is that strong. Go with her.

Iv had the same problem with a girl from my school named Cheyanne. This is all true keep in mind. She was dating a 12th grader (she was in 9th at the time), sending nudes to me, having sex in the woods with some guy who i think was named Cody, and flirting with some guy at her lunch table. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when she mentioned us dating, and i found her with her shirt off in the guys bathroom kissing that 12th grader. They will always do it. Idk about you, but im not a fan of getting cheated on.

The other girl is willing to risk probably getting in trouble from her parents to be with you. She sounds a lot more dedicated and willing to take a chance for a good reason. I would go with the one who's parents don't want you two to date. It'll be better in the long run.
