Ice breaker didn't break the game because black hammer is better for bosses

And for non bosses jellyhorn is as good as any other top tier lancher. Therefore a jellyhorn in everyone's hands would actually be less powerfull than an icebreaker in everyone's hands. IB regen ammo, the ability to exchange to another secondary and get free ammo, the devasting firepower, the usability in all parts of the game... yeah, its far more useful than any launcher. The Horn is only superior when you need to deal as much dmg as possible as quickly as possible (Dropping Crota and Killing Atheon, anything else its just as good as any other or worst since it takes out your exotic slot) Its also a weapon that is only truly useful if you are willing to use heavy ammo synth as you want to use your icebreaker or red death/suros (specially on crota) and then when you switch back to equip the heavy you no longer have ammo. So... i guess HalfLife confirmed?
