Hey Peeps, its Comcast, Time Warner and other Cable / Fiber ISPs problem alright!!!
Lucky for me I have 2 ISPs at home:
Comcast 60 Mbps down and 6Mbpd up, which is supposedly for my Xbox 1 gaming
Att Uverse 12Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up, for Web Browsing.
Sure enough, as soon as I connected to Uverse, loaded Destiny, it loaded the recent Update and "VOILA". I am now in Destiny.
So please do Call Comcast or Time Warner.. I hope to see yall online

Is Comcast/Time Warner actively blocking transmissions of data to and from Bungie? Cause my Comcast router works fine for every other item in my house, but I can't log into this game. This am, when I couldn't log in for a solid half-hour, I went downstairs, fired up my appleTv box, and streamed shows from the Fx streaming app without a single glitch, hitch, or frozen frame. So I'm not saying outright I don't believe you, but I have a hard time believing that my Comcast service, which is still connected to all my other devices (including the very PS3 I'm trying to play Destiny on), is somehow blocking me from connecting with Destiny's servers.

Ha. Bungie just noted on their bungie.net site roughly 1 hour ago that they are aware that problems are preventing players from logging in. But 3 hours ago product-reviews.net ran a story about this very issue. http://www.product-reviews.net/2015/01/28/destiny-banjo-cattle-error-problems-today/ Way to be on top of things guys...........
