THis is probably a silly question.... Whats a battle frame?

Haha It's a robot, but less advanced than an Exo. You can read about them in the grimoire. Arcite 99-40 was a famous frame owned by Shaxx. And during the battle of the Twilight Gap, Shaxx used an army of frames for his counterattack, but all were destroyed except Arcite 99-40.

Yeah, battle frames look similar to Xander, but have their combat systems activated. You can read about it in the grimoire under "Tower Allies."
