Hi there
You may need to clear your cache, and power-cycle your router. You'll need to shut down your console, unplug it for 10 minutes and plug it back in.

Edit 2: also an error code caterpillar is appearing every 43.2 minutes. Edit 3: and weasel is appearing even more often now. Every 9 minutes. I did the whole process and it makes it worse every time.
