If none of these steps resolve the issue for you, and you purchased the pass before 1/15 please know that we are actively working on a fix for those who did not receive their Sparrow.

But i have still to get my items. I have followed all the instructions on the article about this specific problem but none of them help not restoring my license, and yes i have insured the expansion pass is installed and not redeem. So if you kindly would give me the items i have paid for i would be a very happy "Legend"/Destiny User Best Regard Great Legend

Hi Raza, If you redeemed the code, installed, and signed into the game with the DLC active before 1/15 you should have had your sparrow and all other items. Can you access your DLC at all?

When i got the digital version there was no code, i just get the items when they are availble, the dark below was just ready when it came i could just download it. And it was a digital version, so i got no codes...

Thanks for the information. We are aware of some people not receiving their Sparrows regardless if they have checked the Postmaster on all characters, checked Tess Everis, and followed our guide. We are investigating this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I also have not received a notification of my new sparrow I bought the expansion pass when destiny was released and had it installed post-haste I'd appreciate any help

Only reason I bought digital guardian is to get extra stuff and I got everything but sparrow so Plz fix it

Well is there something you can give so i can receive it, or do i get the stuff, i know it is hard with all the critics, but the gameplay you made is really good and is the reason i wanna play. But i would like to have the blacksmith shader cause it is black and cool and the EV-30 Tumbler cause i wanna look awesome on my sparrow :D Please do your best to get to the bottom of this problem.

Honestly?! Bungie... this is a joke! I purchased the expansion pack today for PS4 and specifically made sure that the description for the expansion pass states I will get a tumbler... However I didn't get any sparrow after purchasing the expansion pass. Honestly I wouldn't even have bought the expansion without the tumbler. I mean 3 missions and a raid I might never even play, because you don't even have god damn matchmaking or a service for finding a group for raids/weekly and nightfall strikes in your game. Which honestly should be standard and not too hard to implement..... GOD DAMN BUNGIE!! Why is this sparrow even a timed exclusive when you could get so many more people to buy the expansions through this offer.. OH WELL I GUESS THEY'LL BUY IT ANYWAY BECAUSE THE STUPID DESCRIPTION TEXT STILL STATES THAT PEOPLE GET THE SPARROW!!! Please fix this and give everybody an awesome sparrow.. I mean I paid 35 Euros for that stupid expansion pack and don't even get the best item in it...

The description thing is on ps end not bungies. And they do have a service for finding group. Its call the #Recruitment subforums. Ohh and there no matchmaking because it would be stupid to get matched with teams that had no clue what to do and no mics and would probably end up underleveled.

I don't expect anyone from Bungie to read this anyway, but yeah you migth be right with the faulty description being on playstations end. However although I don't know for sure I bet XBOX is using a very similar description... Also I know that there are forums for finding a group for raiding etc. Then again I don't want to browse through forum posts all day to find raid groups.. I should just be able to play the game and find a group.. But I see your point in having people in the group that don't have a clue and are ruining the raid or whatever anybody is playing. Still it is not ok to lure people into buying something and then not giving them the full spectrum of what they paid for. Doesn't matter on whom's end this might be! Bungie I hope somebody of your team is reading this and can help me out.
