Hey Ramaz, I'm not a Bungie Employee, but with regards to your second question, Eris Morn will often have class specific bounties, if you are not that particular class, you won't be able to complete it unfortunately, so you'll have to settle with the three class neutral bounties that are being offered that day instead.
