It would bring so much more to the game. We could have things like: Light Spears! You could swing it like a melee weapon but also throw it at an enemy. You can then pick it up out of there body or have a 15 second timer for it to come back. Exotics could be things like Thor's hammer! Arc damage weapon with a perk that allows it to be thrown but each kill with the throw causes instant respawn. Kabr's knuckles could allow you to double melee using your left and right triggers for left and right! Imagine guardian boxing! There's so much That could be done with this!
