Fact is Bungie/activision got the money they wanted. They don't care about destiny as a game they only care about sales

They made their 5 million back on the first week. Not sure how much they've made since but I'd be willing to bet it is 3 or 4 times that, if not more

They racked up a lot a dough for the game world wide. Edit: keep in mind that activision / bungie are the only ones that really know the true numbers.

The game got a crappy rating for a game marketed as the next big thing. If it didn't make money they would have been all in on fixes and such. The more they make the less they have to give back... They have no motivation to give the player anything. Sub par rating and still making paper hand over fist.
