In crucible you spawn with 7 secondary ammo, (might be six) I think you get 7 from secondary ammo boxes? I know one is 7

I'm pretty sure my Secret Handshake shotty can hold fifteen special ammo by default in PVE, but in Crucible I start with 7 but can hold only 14 max.
