I'm on 3 hard raids, 2 Glowhoos. I'm pointing it out because I heard if you are wearing it already it shouldn't drop for you, but I put it in the vault and wore it on my next character for the hard raid and still got it.

U have only two because u beat it first time got shader and moved it to second character and beat it then didnt get it and learned ur lesson and the. Beat it on third character without it equipped or in his inventory and got another. Dont listen to the troll guys

Uh no, I got it on my first two characters. I wore it on both my 2nd and 3rd characters anyway.
