Fang of Ir Yut is a very Gimmicky weapon as its perks do not enhance the weapon at all. The vendor scout rifles are leagues better, even without the Arc damage. If you want the weapon for its Arc damage, Fatebringer is much better....or Oversoul Edict if you don't have Fatebringer lol.
