Oh I forgot to mention, let's not increase vault space like most people want so we true elitists can brag about having full vaults and mule characters. Bungie's on the ball on that one.

Don't forget to lower the drop rates for the most powerful weapon in the game that's required for Ludicrous Mode so there's almost no chance these damn new players will ever get it.
