I'm not looking for a solution to not having players to play with, I'm looking for a solution to the game being unfair to solo players.

Its not made to play solo

But to an extent it was, and I'm wondering why it isn't now. I was promised a good story and hoped at least for matchmaking in the raids and nightfall, I i could play multiplayer when I wanted to.
