In this app go to groups, join a clan, go to new clans chat room, send friend requests - problem solved. Not to sound trollish but there are ways to find people to play with if you try. I had zero friends playing destiny at the start i joined a clan and now have 30+ playing at any time i log in. If your xbox 360 add me if you want GT is same as name above.

I've not been too interested in clans, last time Activision introduced them it became a meme with Mountain Dew and weed. I'll look though. Thanks

There are some good ones out there. Mines great. Give it a try and if first one isnt working try another.
