The FoH has the same height and radius as the Titan Defender Bubble, it does however allow you to have aftershocks which stay for a few moments after it has been triggered.
All supers are OP, instead of crying about it, make a titan, learn to use and become OP yourself. fights are never fair and yes I understand this is a video game, so the classes should be balanced. The important words there being "should be". IMHO the classes are balanced, as the titan has to get in close to use, so warlocks and hunters can take them out prior to them initiating their supers.
NO it is not a panic, it is a room clearing decision and in PvP it is up to the person on the controller to decide to use on a single person or hold it for a group attack.
change your tactics and take the titan out before he launches his FoH

It is a panic, thats how players use it as with its insane animation speed in pvp constantly Its area of effect vertically is huge, much greater than the area of a bubble as many can tell u. I've been far above it to only get killed by it somehow >_> i can jump over a bubble, i can be at the same height while a foh activates & die

I'll take a hunters golden gun or blade dancer 3+ kills for a 1 kill "panic" anytime.
