They should have gun specific game types and they should have a lvl advantage enabled lobby all the time instead of just iron banner

Not lvl based, never it sucks. It should be fair for all. You should pick the weapons you want, with the perks you want and the same for armor! Make it even the rest is just not pvp

That's why it'd be a game type which you don't have to pick if you didn't want lol
