She could feel her life force flow through her veins once again… giving her strength. She moved to give Vahn a few of his own, but the Captain, blinded by rage or perhaps pride, refused. He continued to pace back and forth in anger, looking at everything and everywhere else but at Sky. He too was doing his own preparations. He could already see the bodies of those he’d leave in his wake and could almost feel the man’s throat in his hands.
