Ogres arent supposed to spawn after the 2nd sword. Their trigger is timing based, although what it triggers off of I dont know. You can not grab the sword once and they should still spawn.
Disappearing swords are a problem though.

If you do too much damage to crota ogres will spawn instead of 2nd swordbearer

Hmm..really? I've gotten him to below half health with the first sword and..no ogres. So far as I know, the ogres- like Crota's side to side movement- are just time based.

Nah, ogres come after 2nd sword, but if you get crota some how to 1/4 health, they will spawn
