It is much easier to implement a system like this when your population is only 5.439 million. It would be a very different story putting a system in place in the US with a population of 316.1 million. And I would not want my taxes raised for a program like this.

Solution: Get the people who are on welfare for being lazy out of it and put that money into a baby fund.

Turn welfare into government jobs honestly, same pay but you get to fix roads or build train tracks/solar installations. Give people some skill so they can join the civilian market and take care if themselves.
