Universal Remote has been the [i]only[/i] Exotic that I've received through RNG. And it was that shït it got turned into a shard to upgrade my chest piece.

If you are only missing UR then of course you will get copies. It isn't Bungie trolling you, its called probability. Since you are only missing one exotic weapon the probability of you getting the one you are missing is pretty low.
