Yea that second half of perks is everything i want but i wish i had outlaw

Decent perks on mine: return to sender, flared magwell/explosive rounds, and reactive reload.

I've got about sixty in my vault, probably 5 more reforges, saving the rest in hopes of a xur engram next week.

Im pretty sure they'll be glove engrams because they just released those iron banner hands and xur's funny like that
