All? Of course not. Most even? Nope. But it's an important enough part of a healthy relationship to make sure you're compatible beforehand. Just like how you wouldn't marry without having common interests, a shared sense of humor, like-minded goals in life, etc. Making sure you have common desires in the bedroom should definitely be a part of that choice IMO. Sexual incompatibility can and does end otherwise good relationships. Happens all the time.
