Did you try searching the game and purchasing from there? Its not on the games with gold tab

Yes I did. It finds the game in the Ws but when I click on it says it's unavailable...

Just checked xbox.com support. Apparently they are aware of the issue. Thank you for replying though. I was just curious if I was the only one having issues
