I believe its future dlc not cut content. However have you ever gotten into the tunnel near the shipyard on cosmodrome? I can get behind the walls but not the door or tunnel and it goes pretty far down.
Basically go to the shipyard till you hit water then turn right and keep going right until you see a door under a small ledge

The door leads to a tunnel that does nothing and goes to the vault. Totally untextured

By shipyard, do you mean the "Mothyard" or the "Forgotten Shore"? I wanna try this out when I get back home, do you mind explaining a bit more?

Keep going past the area where you glitch into sephrims vault, and not to far past it there will be like a broken bridge if I remember right and it will be under the small ledge. When I get home I'll take a pic/vid for better description. Ive been trying to find a way in there for awhile now
