Xur selling Ice Breaker ruins variety

It's a situational weapon like every exotic. I wouldn't bring icebreaker into a mission that's mostly close quarters, I would bring a hand cannon. If it's close quarters with a mob of enemies rushing me I would bring hard light. Only time that calls for ice breaker is an open area where the you have time to camp and line up shots. The only weapon that is the exception to these situational rules is hawkmoon, that gun is good in any situation.

Great! I'm glad I won't have to figure out who has an Icebreaker and who has a Gjallahorn because everybody in my raid group should have one now. All I have to know is who is taking Crota down with a Gjallahorn and which Hunter is running the sword that round. Everyone else will be on thrall and boomer duty.

Selling a weapon more than once e.g plan c or p&t is not having variety. IB has been sold only once. So actually him selling the weapon is giving players more variety. My level 25 friend bought his first exotic today and I'm really happy for him. Get some respect for people and stop being a stuck up c*nt. and remember mate it's a game it's not real life.

I agree that it will make things a lot easier. I remember way back making the horrible choice of skipping that for lucky raspberry [i][b]dumbest mistake ever[/b][/i]. Been searching for icebreaker hopping for that reward to drop nightfall after nightfall, raid after raid. This will definitely give the christmas players a boost in firepower and everybody else who wanted that weapon. [spoiler]But bet your sweet -Blam I bought 3. One for each guardian lol[/spoiler]

Good. Ice Breaker is far from OP, and hopefully now some of the newer players will be a little more useful in NF and raids. And if you don't play with randoms, why do you care at all what they use?
