borderlands has a much lower drop rate for "exotic" guns and people complain that destiny takes too long to get them? please, kill one boss 1,000 times with no drop then come talk

Never played borderlands but I heard about the drop is open? You know how destiny is private loot stream so only the player see his or her own drops completely independent from other? I heard that borderlands is opposite so if a boss drops a ultra rare item or something people have to rush there to get it.

I think i farmed The Bunker for about 6 hours (at like 2 minutes a run) to get The B!tch. Turned out to be an unstable POS! Slagga though... I'd kill to have that gun in Destiny!
