Because they're on my team getting no kills because the gun they are using is unupgraded and shoots 12 bullets a minute.

Then leave it's not that complicated

I do strikes to be efficient. If I were to leave and find another strike I could have done the 3 waves by the time I got into another game. I'm bothered by it because bad teammates are being useless, and they probably know it.
