I seem to get exotic bounties when I turn in a large number of completed bounties at one time.

Like 10 at once or something? I have 6 from yesterday that I saved. When I play tonight I'm gonna do the next set and turn them all in at once and see what happens.

I usually turn in 4 or 5 at a time. Also be sure to equip weapons that you would like to upgrade as you will often earn an upgrade to one of your weapons currently equipped at the time you turn in your bounties.

Yeah I'm doing that too. I almost have my defender class upgraded a bunch just from doing that
