No, but if that's all you use the internet for, then you are not fulfilling it's potential. The bill has a very good possibility of inhibiting artistic expression and networking. Which are very important things in modern society.

I don't have enough time to fufill my internets potential [spoiler]only for the good stuff ( ͡° ʖ̯ ͡°) [/spoiler] Plus I have like 5mb download speed. And .2 upload or something. Will this bill at least increase that? I'd read the article but it'd take abit.

If it did anything, which it probably won't, to your internet speed it would slow it down. Also, most likely less porn would be available and the whole "18+" could actually be implemented. I'm 18 so it doesn't matter to me, but there would be a lot of butthurt teenagers.
