Old news and you would have to farm for a crazy long time to see a pile of engrams like that.
You USED to see it easily pre patch - See pic - But not anymore... They don't even drop as much ammo as the used to.
Great closet for multi-kill bounties but that's it.
Don't bother kids, just do patrol missions for as much if not more gear.

Was looking for other spots during that patrol and did some public events. I found one spot that had pretty much an instant respawn where the vex and fallen both spawn but wasn't getting any engrams from it.
