Bungie is American and Americans can't be bothered to learn other languages they think everyone should speak American.

True story. Even the American version of English is tainted. The amount of times Microsoft applications don't understand UK English and suggest something is misspelled.

When I say speak American I mean north American English. The version of English spoken in the US and Canada and before you ask yes it differs from uk English in the pronunciation and spelling of words.
