I am currently facing the same issue (XB1). I've tried deleting all Destiny content from my console, then removing my account, then clearing console cache 3 times. Once done, I re-installed all Destiny content and still no Sparrow. This was guidance I had received from XBL support. I've also tried the steps provided by the FAQ to no effect. To those who are saying that the Tumbler was a pre-order item- You're incorrect. See the following excerpt I pulled from Bungie's EV-30 Tumbler page. "The EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow is available now for Destiny Expansion Pass owners and starting on 12/9/2014 for Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below owners. To receive the EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow, Destiny Expansion Pass or Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below must be purchased and redeemed by 1/15/2015. Guardians will receive the EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow from the in-game Postmaster."
