Dead Orbit Shader!!!!
I am level 15 dead orbit and no shader yet.. It is really hard to believe people have got one at level 4 or 8 or 10.. I have read that some people are level 31 with nothing.. what is the deal..? Help me out here.
We should pray to the RNGesus. Please give us dedicated Dead Orbit Guardians that grind and grind week in and week out, bounty after bounty, us guardians that never die during a strike, the ones that play control because it has the Dead Orbit emblem on it. To the players that average 20 kills or more a game 8 assist and 6 captures. And usually have a 1.55 k/d ratio or higher every match.. Please help us get the shaders we so truly desire and probably deserve since we spend so much time on. Amen

3 RepliesLevel 25 Dead Orbit here, almost 26. Got Bittersteel at Rank 13. Since then I've only received two weapons and some shards and energies. That's it. So -blam!-ing frustrated with the Faction RNG...

5 RepliesI just got Revenant yesterday at level 15. My first titan was level 20-something before I deleted him, no shader. My hunter is level 11? No shader. This is actually the first faction shader I've ever gotten.

4 RepliesActually I have the feeling it has something to do with how many bounties you turn in in a single week. I'm lvl 24 with Dead Orbit but got every shader except for "The hanged man" way before that when I was heavily grinding vanguard and crucible bounties - probably 30+ per week. Also I noticed by then that I was getting a lot of invites to exotic weapon bounties (even when turning in Eris Morn bounties).

But what's more annoying is getting nothing useful, the last 5 times I have ranked up All I got were shards except 1 time I got a warlock chest piece. But I don't have a warlock, I have 3 hunters. It's like a big slap in the face each time. The only good thing I got for dead orbit. Was the sniper If you get one keep it. But apart from that he can go get f#%ked. The stingy bast#rd

1 ReplyLvl 23,11, and 9 on three characters to get dead orbit shaders. I got 3 bitter steel shaders and that's it. The RNG sucks but keep trying. Bittersteel isn't bad, but I want 3 full black shaders.

3 RepliesBro level 15 really? I am dead orbit level 36 on my hunter and still no shader. I am dead orbit level 22 on my TITAN still no shader. So that's what almost 60 levels without a shader. It's complete bullshit man.

5 RepliesIt blows my mind that people still have this mentality of "I've done this x amount of times so I am entitled to all the gear and weapons." This may come as a suprise, but the loot system in this game is RANDOM. I'm level 17 in dead orbit on 2 characters, and am still waiting.... Just gotta keep trying man. It will make it that much better when you finally get it.

2 RepliesDon't worry bro. I get the Bloodpact shader EVERYDAY no matter what I do I'll get it at least once, sometimes three times a day. It doesn't matter what playlist I'm in. I've even gotten it from ranking vanguard. The RNG still has some major major issues.

With the larger loot table since the DLC I don't feel I'm ever going to get it. I also only do bounties if I have a piece of gear to level now because over 1200 hours in im bored. Been with DO since day one and want the shader sooooo bad.
