Take out the "professional" part and then maybe. Because...for real? How do you classify yourself as pro. And how would a pro team work on the raid finding system if the company's name is bungie. You'd have that one asshole who kept pressing B to delay the game, that's how Bungie works.

I very rarely if ever run into afk'ers and I do a lot of strike Playlist. I think you are exaggerating the afk thing quite a bit. And if you read my previous post I said raid matchmaking would include a vote to kick system
