Enemy class and level affect that a lot, have you compared the perk to the same gun equally upgrades but the second not with the perk? If not I'll try it, have 4 of them -.-

Yup, before and after unlocking the perk. Unfortunately there's no way to disable the perk since it doesn't work.

In the update they are disabling that perk until it can be fixed

I'll try it tonight anyways, may not be something we can see and an underlying part of the game
