IB will level you to 31 (33 light) until near the time the next expansion comes out. Want to be level 32, raid. Can't raid, get ib gear they gets you raid ready; THEN you can be level 32. Anyone bitching about level because they play solo or whatever, stop crying. It's a social game meant to be played with others. Make some friends hit the raid. They practically throw gear at you in the new raid.

I never got them until recently. Had to grind IB for boots by the time 30 was cool...so yeah. I think IB is cool.
