I haven't been able to get the reload. I have it unlocked (and paid for) but I stood there and popped three shanks one right after the other and nothing. Any other time I may have not done something right, but that time I am sure it should have qualified. Probably just a glitch.

Shanks don't have precision spots, so that would explain your issue. The perk is landing three [i]precision[/i] hits instantly refills the clip.

No, this is not operator error, this is a bug that pretty much breaks the Black Hammer. Do not upgrade the hive disruptor node until Bungie fixes.

Oh, I've heard about that issue. I was just pointing out that using shanks as an example isn't a good choice.

No it's not. [b][u][i]Shanks do not have critical locations[/i][/u][/b]. The perk only works on precision hits, shanks have none.
