Just fixed it
Go into settings and turn off the restrict data usage for 3D model or what ever

The "download 3D over 3G/LTE" button? I just tried that but it didnt fix it for me? Was there anything else you tried before that?

Is this on your phone settings? The app settings? Your Xbox settings? Where is it? Because I still can't find it. I really appreciate the help. This has been a very annoying issue that has bothered tons of users. Kudos to you if you've figured out how to fix it.

In the app settings. Im on Android, but i dnt think that'll make a difference.
