While it does sound fun it would quickly desend into regular crucible with everyone using the exact same weapons they already do, only difference being is that suddenly everyone can destroy people at close range with plan c or long range with the vex/suros

Valid. Maybe that's why it should only be a PvE events. Crucible would be fun but people would complain too much.
