Now that's tricky if you bring dimensions into play. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, ect... How do you know you aren't someone's messed up dream?
Maybe that's all we are. Just someone's dream and when they wake up you die. Then who or what is doing the dreaming?

"Onion reality". Dreams within dreams. We are all one intelligence's dream. And in those dreams, the "people" of the dreams "dream", and so on and so on. Until the original and "true" intelligence wakes. Then, we no longer exist. Until the original intelligence dreams again, repeating the process.
