I felt the actual finale should have been more satisfying.
Could it have been? Now THAT is the real question.

I would've preferred to have Jesse shoot Walt, and then maybe himself if the police were to show up shortly after, but that's just me. Would've fit his later character better, in my opinion.

I agree. The camera slowly drifting upwards over Walts body was very underwhelming. But then it strikes you that there really is no other way the series could end.
