i love the gun but to me the main perk doesnt seem of exotic quality. i think it either should be a legendary but decrease the reload, or make the main perk have more to it

It's not one perk that makes it exotic, but everything about it. Super fast reload, active radar while ads, shots cause flinching, fast move speed.
