Apparently the court found she didn't. I don't know if she has some mental impairment or not but she was found as not possessing the maturity to decide for herself.

Edited by Progo: 1/9/2015 3:28:31 AMThen I will trust the ruling of whatever medical professional made the decision. On a related note, medical ethics are stiff like this because she could later sue them over complications from chemo, saying she wasn't competent enough to agree to treatment.

She didn't agree to treatment. Avoid that scenario altogether and let her have her choice.
