I honestly love Scout Rifles and among all of them, MIDA is my favorite. I do agree with others though, it doesn't deserve to be an exotic. It's a great weapon but really just needs a purple background.

Boost it's attack up to the nitc's level and it would deserve it's exotic spot.

Yeah, the hair trigger doesnt make a difference and the movements speed almost seems negligible. I think they should have come up with a better exotic perk.
